Repairing a Broken World, One Community at a Time
EEESafe is a Not for Profit constituted company that pledges to share its revenues as they are received, ring-fenced and donated in £100 blocks. They are given to citizens in each community who register for free their Electrical Goods with EEESafe. It is distributed in a democratic voting manner by the local citizens in their local communities, who have registered at least one Appliance.
These are statements which we aspire to achieve by promoting safety, equitability and thriving circular economy communities across the world at both a local and global level –
- To unite businesses and consumers at a local and international level through participation in a circular economy, by offering incentivised financial and business rewards designed towards one planet living.
- To tackle planet poverty through education. Within their marketing, businesses can evidence the giving of financial aid to every citizen through their local communities, as we do.
- To increase safer repair of electrical goods through gathering and transparently publishing appliance repair histories. Localise such repairs to accountable repairers committed to positive environment outcomes who may offer lower repair costs by virtue of repairing where they live.
- To educate, elevate, incentivise and enable citizens to become leaders in a society that consumes products and services, that can transition to a responsible and sustainable consumption model.
- To place citizens at the heart of all policy investment decisions by engaging them in EEESafe activities using our tools, solutions, and interactions with the LocalitEEE social network for Citizens in their local community.
- Raising awareness to the more advantaged in society, encouraging them to become partners with the disadvantaged and together achieve the highest potential to look after our planet.
- To raise awareness of the lack of resources on our planet by delivering tools of action and engagement that will encourage responsible consumption and evidence the diversion of such resources to build local wealth for each citizen.
- To increase citizen safety and lower risks of fires in homes from known White Goods Recalls using its own Appliance Safety Register and its Community “New and Used” Electrical Goods Marketplace. Recommending Manufacturers advice.
- To help reduce the pollution of our environment and the negative impacts of the health and well-being of every citizen through the diversion of repairable electrical goods and spares to local repairers.
- To increase local green skills, particularly in the Electrical Appliance Repair sector and apply our safety standards, compliance requirements, assessments and monitoring that could lead to a recognised EEESafe Qualification.
EEESafe commits to donating between 3.75% and 75% of its new and future revenue streams to the citizens who participate in its Appliance Register and LocalitEEE Apps
